Warton Hall will be opening to the public 9th – 17th May 2015 with the National Garden Scheme. Warton Hall is a small Georgian Manor house in Lancashire once the home of Augustus Wykeham Clifton. The gardens are approximately 4 acres of mainly woodland and lawn. There is a bog garden and vegetable garden.
I am one of the 20 artists who have brought their work to place in the woodland and gardens of Warton Hall. The bluebells are in all their glory, they take your breath away, a feast for the eyes. The trees are dressed for spring with bright green meeting the pale purple haze of the flowers.
Warton Hall, Lodge lane, Lytham, Lancs FY8 5RP. Opening times 11am - 4pm daily. Woodland Walk, Outdoor sculpture/art,Yoga Classes, Painting and drawing, Story Telling in the teepee, Children's activities, refreshments.
